Every listing shows the price the vendor publishes and the date we last checked it. New tools join a weekly board, ranked by people who vote, never by commission.

How a tool gets listed

Four steps, all done by people. Nothing is scraped and nothing is updated automatically.

  1. 1

A maker or reader submits it.

Anyone with an account can submit a tool, with its pricing page and the jobs it does.

  2. 2

An editor checks it against the vendor's site.

Price, currency, free plan, trial, and platforms are compared with the official pages, then dated.

  3. 3

    It joins that week's board.

Signed-in people vote, one vote each per tool. The board closes on Monday and goes to the archive.

  4. 4

Reports send it back for a check.

Spotted a wrong price or a dead link? Report it from the listing. It stays up while an editor looks.

The week’s board, in your inbox on Monday.

The final ranking and each tool’s checked price. Nothing else.
